Summer Clearance Sale, Auction on the 23rd of June 2022
The buyer only pays a 10 euro hammer fee / item.
The Auction Viewing is open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday the 21st and Wednesday the 22nd and from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday the 23rd.
The viewing takes place in our side building, Hernepellonkuja 12, 00560 Helsinki.
Buyer’s fees
No commission will be charged from buyers in this auction. The buyer only pays a € 10 hammer fee / lot. However, please note that there might be copyright fees for items marked with * (up to 5%) of the item’s hammer price. You may read more about copyright fees here.
Payment
You should pay your purchases within five (5) days after the auction has ended. You can pay for your purchases either at the Auction House or through the My Pages service.
At the Chamber, payment methods are bank and credit cards or bank transfer. Please note, that we do not accept cash or charge debit cards remotely.
From My Pages, you’ll see an invoice for your purchases after the auction. You can pay for your purchases via the service with a card or through your own online bank with an invoice.
Collecting & Shipping
Items must be picked up / shipping ordered and paid within five (5) days of the auction.
When considering packaging or mailing, contact us. We will professionally pack (and if necessary disassemble) items for mailing or transport. Request a quote here
Condition Grading
At Helander Auctions, we apply condition grading, the purpose of which is to make it easier for prospective buyers to gain information on the condition of the lots, along with images, descriptions and possibly seeing the lots for themselves at a pre-auction viewing.
