Packaging, mailing and delivery services
When considering packaging or mailing, contact us. We will professionally pack items for mailing or transport. Get a quote before the auction and be fully informed about the delivery of your item! Requesting a quote does not commit you to anything. Please note that we do not package or ship large items such as furniture, excluding easy to disassemble Alvar Aalto items.
Stage 1. Fill out the right form
A) If the item you bought has a pre-calculated shipping cost (see the example picture below) and the delivery address is located in Finland or in the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania), you can request a delivery directly to your nearest Post service point. Fill out the form here.
B) If the item doesn’t have a pre-calculated shipping cost, you bought several items or the delivery address isn’t located in Finland or in the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), you can request a quote for the price of packaging and mailing. Fill out the form here to request a quote.
Stage 2. Paying for the shipping cost
A) When your shipping request has been processed (1-3 work days) an invoice will be generated. You can find your invoices in My Pages> Purchase Invoices and Billing. Your purchase will be packed and shipped when you have paid both for your purchase and for the shipping.
B) We will calculate the price and send the quote to you by e-mail.
You can confirm the service by responding to the quote that we e-mailed to you. Requesting a quote does not bind you to anything. You may accept or reject our quote by following the instructions in the e-mail.
Stage 3. We will take care of the rest
Once you have paid for the service, we will pack your purchase and send it to you. We will give you a tracking code so you can follow where your delivery is.

Prices include VAT 24%.

| Midsize items | From EUR 32,90 per delivery | Framed artworks (paintings, graphic art, etc.) |
| Home delivery in the Helsinki metropolitan area | From EUR 60 per delivery | Small items, paintings and lamps. Items will be packed lightly for transport. |
| Insured mail | From 35,35 EUR per delivery | Valuables such as precious metals and gemstones |
| Large package | + 10,90 EUR per delivery | Package to be mailed whose dimensions exceed 120 x 60 x 60 cm |
| Fragile – extra service (Only available for shipments within Baltics) | Price upon request | For items that break easily. This service ensures that no other packages will be stacked on top during transport. |
| If you order and pay for shipping, but cancel it later: | We will charge 50 % - 100 % of the shipping cost per delivery | Shipping cost will not be refunded if you return your item. If you decide to pick up your purchase even though you have already ordered and paid for shipping, we will refund 50 % of the shipping cost. |
