My pages
As a registered customer, you have access to dedicated pages known as My Pages. This is where your advance bids, sales and purchases are recorded. You can also pay for your purchases and update your contact details here.
Tab 1. Registration
On the first tab of My Pages, you will see your customer account details, such as your user ID and contact details. You can update your details here.
Tab 2. Auction-specific account history
On the second tab, you can review your submitted bids, purchases and sales at past auctions.
Tab 3. Purchase invoices and sales proceeds
The third tab on My Pages displays the invoices for purchases you have made and the proceeds of sales you have commissioned. You can pay for your purchases under Pay. You can also pay by bank transfer in your online bank. Open an invoice by clicking Show to see its content.
Tab 4. Item Tracker
You can create a personal Item Tracker by filling in details of the item(s) you are looking for in the search fields. You will receive a notification by e-mail when an item you are seeking comes up for sale.
Tab 5. Send item valuation request
For small numbers of items or individual valuable items, the most convenient way to get a valuation is to fill out the item valuation request form in My Pages.
