Helander’s website has been renewed!

Helander’s website has now been renewed, and we have also switched to using a new auction program. With the website update, we wanted to make navigating the site easier and improve the user experience of the mobile version of our website. The most visible change is our homepage, where you can find our current and future auctions. Although the visual appearance of our page has changed, there have been no changes to our auction conditions.

Below you can find instructions and information on what has changed.

Logging in and bidding:

To log into your account and continue to use our service, you must first change your password. To do this click the link below and insert your email address. You will receive a link in your email to change your password.

How to view old invoices and order history?

To view past auctions and your purchase history, you will have to log into our old auction program. Please note that you should use your old password, as passwords are program-specific. To log in to the old auction program click HERE.

Payment methods

You can conveniently pay for your purchases online either by bank transfer or card payment.

We also accept card payments when visiting us during opening hours.
